I have an error on the HP Envy 7855 printer saying Black Cartridge needs to be removed and reinstalled.
I have done this more than 20 times and continue to get the same error.
I installed new cartridge and still get the same error.
I cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and the print unit with distilled water and lint free cloth. Still same error.
I disconnected the power cord for more than 10 minutes and plugged into printer again. Same error.
I need help. I have the original Black Cartridge and the brand new Black Cartridge and they both give the same error.
What's next.
Thanks,
Eddieh49
