Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know that I had made a post that is similar, but it wasn't the best way to describe the issue that I am having. But the latest Windows 10 update made it impossible to install drivers through auto installation method. And it can only be forced installed (didn't have to worry about the Nvidia driver installation) and I am stuck on audio that is too quiet than it should've been (I.E. 10 barely hear it and 100 hear it like it should've been at 30). I had talked to a Microsoft representative and they had told me that I need to get in touch with HP in order to have the audio being properly fixed. I am getting tired of have to have it at 100 in order to hear it very well.
