Getting repeated error message to remove and replace the (black) cartridge. I tried using two empty black cartridges, then a brand new black cartridge, and still getting the same message. Went through the troubleshooting using a moistened Q-tip on the contacts of the printer. Did the power down/disconnect power cable routine as well. The contact cleaning looked promising, as a lot of ink came off the contacts of the black cartridge housing. Unfortunately, still getting the message, which prevents a test print through the HP trouble shooting guide, as well as the print, scan, or copy functions directly on the printer - I tried all and to no avail. If this sounds like a need for the printer to be replaced, please advise out of your experience. Don't just recommend that because you ran out of ideas. Thank you.
