Product: HP Omen 15 2020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this laptop 5 days ago and when I playing games keys doesnt register frequently. Forexample im playing CS:GO and when i press AWSD fast sometimes W not registering. Its not only W, A D S R SHIFT also not working. But if im typing (not playing games) there is no issue all keys are registering. It happens when i press the keys fast. I Have i5+RTX2060 version but i saw other versions have same problem. I like this laptop but this issue driving me crazy. 

- If i use external keyboard i have no problem with it
