Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 is stuck on wanting setup cartridges.
I don't know why it reset but I have tried pulling out the ink cartridges then putting them back in and power cycling the printing by pulling the power for more than 60 seconds.

I have tried updating drivers and hp print and scan doctor.

It is connected with Wi-Fi but now don't work
