I need to talk to someone that speaks ENGLISH that can help me find an authorized HP repair center in Nicaragua. There are NO such options online. If I pick Nicaragua, they insist I speak Spanish. If I pick English in the US, I can never get to someone to talk to. I am an IT professional. I have run all BIOS related diagnostics. I needed to load Windows 10 (64) from a USB drive. It started to work once and froze. Upon retry, it hangs at the HP logo screen with the rotating dots. I am all but certain this needs to go to a repair center for diagnosis, potential repair and reinstallation of Window 10 (64). But I cannot find out WHERE to take it!?!
HELP!!!!!
