Product: Desktop NVI54EV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I am trying to get the microphone to work and when I test it under sound settings it has a 0 percent value. This computer has a webcam and from what I can tell a built in microphone as well. HELP!!
