Product: HP Reverb G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I finally received my HP Reverb G2, everything is plugged in, power is fine (LED is lit), I heard the "click" plugging into the headset itself, and I get 'Error code: 1-4'. I have no idea what to do now, I've tried everything that I have read, nothing works. Windows is just an embarrassment, people shouldn't have this kind of experience when they pay hundreds for a device.
