Product: HP officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP officejet 4650 does not print in color from my windows 10 laptop.  I can print color from macs and iphones that are connected wirelessly to the same network that the windows PC is connected to wirelessly but only black and white from the windows PC.  I can make a color copy from the printer with no problem.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software driver onto my pc several times, including removing all temp files, rebooting the PC before reinstalling, etc.  Nothing has worked.  Using HPSmart and HP Print Doctor, everything checks out and says the printer is fine and working.  

 

Any advice on how to get the color working again for my PC laptop?
