macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Help, I have what seems to be a common problem by the amount of you tubes, my printer is 18 months old and I was putting in new ink the magneta cartridge says it doesn't work.

I have 

disconnected it for 30 minutes

Cleaned every possible place

Made sure the little metal tabs were straight 

Made sure it was a real HPcartridge

Done everything on every video i could find

Gone through the HP trouble shooting virtual assistant...


Now i want to speak with a human but there is no way I can find one


Important. At one point the virtual assistant threw out.... don't leave the cartridges out for longer than 30 minutes

Well one of my kids tried to fix it and the cartridges were left out for days.........
