Omen 30L
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered an Omen 30L on November 25. The estimated ship date is December 23 and estimated delivery date is December 28 and the status is still at order confirmed. I ordered as express shipping so it would arrive before Christmas as a gift. I'm was ok with giving a card with a "redeem for HP Omen" and we understand that covid had brought challenges on an especially busy holiday.

I tried calling HP and using the automated chat system but didn't get a clear answer. I called a few support lines and kept on getting redirected and hung up on.

As other posts have asked, I waited for an update while HP worked through the request, but this feels a bit unsettling that the only answer I have from the posts I've seen is "it will come when it comes".

Anyone in a similar situation have any better luck on trying to get an updated date when the ship date has past?

Also to HP management, if you can remove "received before Christmas" on the shipping method on the order status, then sending an update to the consumers shouldn't be out of the realm.
