Product: OfficeJet 9020

Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

On my HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 I have a flashing error message No B82A34B2, the printer freezes, this message and the freeze can be cleared by switching off the power, unfortunately the error repeats some days later.

What is causing this fault and what can I do to permanent clear it?
