Hello,
the Officejet 250 Mobile is connected to the same Wifi network as my MacBook with Catalina OS. Sidecar (using iPad as a second monitor) works over this Wifi network. So machines can interact. The printer has an IP address and shows up in the Lanscan as well as in the printer setup dialog of my MacBook. When choosing Airprint as a driver there's a printer not responding message. The printer is connected to the internet and has successfully downloaded and installed the latest firmware update. However - the printer embedded web interface is not responding (neither with the IP address nor with the host name). The printer does not react to PING. Printing results in a 'not responding' message. HP Smart can't fix the issue. Factory reset and switching on and off did not solve the issue. Neither did a printing system reset in OS X.
Can you help?
Kind regards,
Marco
