After doing a "factory reset", my Instant Ink connection will not work properly, and my cartidges are now disabled. I've tried everything I can do from my side (below). Is there something HP does on their end to re-enroll the printer, or remove it so I can re-enroll without cancelling my subscription and starting over?
I've unplugged, waited a bit, then plugged in. I turned off/on Web Services. I turned off Web Services then unplugged a few minutes and then plugged back in and enabled Web Services. I tried to re-enroll the printer, but says it is already enrolled. Waited until the next day and tried all those steps again. The Instant Ink web page says "Online" but refreshing just says "Unable to connect to the printer" after a minute or so.
