Product: Pavilion dm4

when I plug-in the charger it says Plugged in but doesn't charge the white led is always on, but sometimes it turns the orange light and charges but even when it does that after 3 secs it turns again white, I tried charging it while the laptop is shutted down but still same issue, I tried with a different charger but still same issue and tried my charger on my cousin laptop and my charger was working well, how to fix this
