Hello, 

On the HP Support Assistant App, the warrenty on my mouse says it ends in 4 months even though I only recieved my mouse in November. Since my mouse was a HP gift with my laptop, the HP website does not recognise the serial number on my mouse so I cannot dispute the warrenty as shown on the website so I am hoping someone here can help me to fix my warrenty problem.
