This really pisses me off royally, I never realized how terrible HP customer service was until now. I ordered an HP Reverb G2 and it told me my card was Declined so I checked my bank and it said it was pending on the account and the money had already been removed. I had to wait till the next day to call my Bank to see if they flagged my account they confirmed nothing was going on and the charge's had been successfully applied to my account. I have been trying to figure out how to contact HP in regards to this for about 6 hours now and have been on hold for over an hour now after having chosen the only option that get's me past the phone's automated system which was the option for questions on a purchase because they have no billing department that handles issues apparently and no where on their website do they have the ability to resolve these issues.
In fact if I'm on hold for one more hour and I will wait on hold for 1 more hour, then I will cancel and buy a Valve Index and never buy another HP Product again.
