I set up my printer and it was working perfectly. I received the first set of ink cartridges from instant ink and one day I accidentally reset my printer, since then an error comes up on the printer, cannot print until enrolled in instant ink My HP smart app shows that I am enrolled in instant ink. How do I sync my HP account and my printer. I cant print anything and I am missing out on the free printing that was included with my purchase. I have tried everything and tried the virtual agent several times, but that was zero help and I can get through to an agent for some reason. Please help...
