Hi, when I print from HP Smart Print App, it only prints a blank page out. It used to work perfectly by printing out the pages properly but whatever I print using the App, it just prints a blank page with nothing on it.
I have tried restarting the printer, I checked to see if there’s any updates needed to my printer but it says it’s fully updated. I have disconnected and reconnected the printer from the cable, restarted my router. I have deleted the app and re-installed it, the issue still persists.
In my iPhone 7 gallery, when I press “print” it works but I like to use the HP Smart Print App as it enables me to crop etc.
Please may someone help me? Thanks!
