Product: Envy 6032

Hello,

 

I just purchased an Envy 6032 with the promise of a 5 month instant ink trial. As far as I can tell that hasn't been applied to my instant ink account (only the standard free 1 month trial),

 

Does anybody know how to get the free 5 months applied to the account?
