Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My printer had been working just fine until yesterday. Since yesterday whenever I try to open the control panel a white screen with a big "f" and an exclamtion mark "!" pops up. I have no idea why that happens, but basically I cannot access the control panel. Can anyone help me solve the problem?
