Product: HP aprobó ok 430 G1

My computer did an upgrade and it needed to restart. Not sure if it completed the upgrade and now I get screens that read “attempting to recover installation” and another screen that reads “ undoing changes made to your computer”. 
it’s been doing that for hours. Tried to turn it off but when I turn it on it continues doing the same.
