Hi,

 

I have bought an Envy Photo 6234 with 7 months free trial from Currys. It has arrived today and I have done the setup and joined the instant ink program. According to the virtual agent I should be able to see the trial period in the Account section but I don't see anything. I have done the set up and the instant ink registration all through the HP Smart App. Please get in touch
