Product: HP OfficeJet 6962
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer Failure message:

 

Error code: 0x6100004a

 

Was going to change printer cartridges, cartridge dock is not sliding to the left and also reads that there is a printer paper jam. I checked the entire printer, it's clear of paper and any other debris. 

 

Please HELP!
