Hello,

 

I ordered a customized HP OMEN 15 laptop on January 2rd. Four days later (Jan 6) the process has started and the order status showed that HP is gathering components (of the device). It’s January 28th today, the day it should have been or was “estimated” to be delivered. I received an email saying that it’s taking longer than expected and the revised delivery date is now March 3rd.
My issue is, apart from the bothersome unexpected one month delay, is that why has the status not been updated from Jan 6th until now? Are they still gathering components? 
Should I be expecting another delay?
