Office jet J6400 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently allowed an HP update to my laptop (around January 10, 2021). The laptop is connected wirelessly to an HP Officejet J6400 All-In-One. Since the update, when I click on the HP Solution Center icon on my start screen, I get just a flash image of Solution Center dashboard that then changes to an image of a lower case (f) and a lower case (i). I can do nothing with this image, which means I have no access to the printer option such as scanning. When attempting to print wirelessly from the laptop, the printer works fine. This appears to be a software issue after this recent update. I tried a system restore to pre-date the software update, but that did not resolve the issue. I deleted all HP software from the laptop and reloaded the software, but this did not resolve the issue. I did this twice. I believe the update caused the problem and I believe the update is imbedded in the current software downloads from HP. I believe I might be able to solve the issue by downloading an older version of the printer software to my laptop, but do not know how to obtain that. Any suggestions?
