Product: hp deskjet F380

Hello,

My printer hp deskjet F380 doesn't take paper no matter which OS I use, ubuntu or windows 7.

 

The paper goes toward the roller but it just doesn't go through the roller although the roller works and winds up. Then, the light of the paper jam is on, E.

 

What can I do? I have tried may times.
