Z820
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently bouht a Z820, with dual CPU (E5-2643) and watercooling installed.
Yesterday i tried booting, and i had 4 errors: pump for CPU0 not running, and the 3 fans for CPU0 are also dead. after pressing F1 the system immediately shut down.
After some checking i found out that the pump, and all the fans on the CPU0 side are indeed not running.
They are not broken - i've tested the all. Also the pump.
On further investigation none of the headers provide 12 volts.
The CPU0 still gets warm after powering on, so i hope he's not broken.

I've tried to reset the bios and it was updated to last version before this happened.

Does anyone have an idea what extra steps i can take? Id would be a pitty if it's broken, i just bought it (refurbished) and the only thing i've done with it is intall windows  and run passmark.

Thanks,

Stef
