Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hello!

 

Whenever I try to print on glossy paper or sticky paper, it will not pull through and print correctly.  It will print less than half of the page, with the back of the page streaked in ink.  

 

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!  Also, I've adjusted everything to the paper size and clicked on both photo paper and glossy paper when printing.
