HP Recommended
Product: ENVY5540

HP Envy 5540. There is an error message of Carriage Jam. No paper in and followed every HP video. There is no paper in.

 

Followed HP videos but no resolution. This seems a common issue looking at some of the comments. Has anyone found a solution please???

 

Getting ready to bin it, not something i want to do. HELP Please ....
