HP Recommended
Product: Samsung Xpress C480fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to connect the c480fw with the latest firmware to a wifi network with a ! exclamation point in the password and cannot find any info on how to enter it. 

 

-The on screen menu on the printer can type various special characters but not the ! 

-With the takeover by HP, I don't know which software I would install to use the USB cable to set the printer to connect to the wifi network, then be able to unplug it and use it solely wirelessly
