I can’t print, copy, or scan on my hp office jet pro 8710.
it is on, connected, everything updated. And every job we do, whether it’s a simple scan, copy, or print, the screen says the job is “copying” or “scanning” and it never completes the job.
When you hit copy, it makes The initial sound in the machine then just stops and the screen continues to show the in progress sign forever.
I tried the ' unplug off for 60+ seconds' and it didnt help.
Note that System Status reports, printer test reports etc all print as normal. Also I can scan a document through the web interface as normal, just not from the printer itself.
Please send me the Hradware reset code for my printer.
