Product: Envy 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 5540 paper will not feed. Out of paper error with paper in tray. printer making grinding noise when trying to pull paper in. The problem began with paper jam errors when there was no paper jam. Had to unplug printer and plug back in to clear error and get the printer started again. This finally quit working and now paper will not feed into the printer at all. Printer just makes a grinding noise now when I try to do a print job, then it finally errors out for no paper in tray. Anything that I can check or fix? I'm not afraid to take it apart. Please advise. Thank you.
