My computer and printer were working well and everything was printing. Then suddenly my printer started giving me the message that it was in error state. Now I am unable to print. My computer is an MSI GL65 Leopard and I am running windows 10. I am able to scan documents to my computer. My other computer is still able to print. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver a number of time and tried all the steps everyone has suggested but nothing seems to fix the issue. HP smart says my computer is online and available. Then when I run the hp doc it can not find anything wrong with the printer. I cannot find a number to contact HP support and am running out of options. Please help.
