Hi I could not reply to my other post so i've had to repost sorry.
I recently brought a HP Envy pro 6432 printer which was supposed to come with 6 months free trial for instant ink, I have set enrolled for instant ink but I have had no notification about the free trial months and I can't find any record of a free trial being active in my account. I have checked all the FAQ and searched my account, i've used the virtual assistant and still don't have an answer. I've noticed that a lot of people in the UK have had a problem with it not putting on the free trail automatically like it should. I'm just a little concerned as it states I must redeem within 7 days of printer set up and the trial was one of the reasons for me going for this printer.
