HP Recommended
Product: HP Office Jet Pro 9020

Paper intermittently gets jammed around rear rollers.  When items do finally print, the first 2 centimeters is missing from the top of the printed page.  Have followed instructions to clean rollers, turn off at outlet etc to clear but this has not helped
