Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP officejet 8610 pro. I bought compatible cartridges for the printer and put them in. It was not recognizing the Cyan cartridge, so I did a semi full reset of the printer. Now I am stuck at the install cartridge screen, unable to proceed. Any help would be highly appreciated. I get setup date then setup time and then install the duplex cover and then install the cartridges that came with the printer. Unable to proceed from here. I tried touching the return icon (not lighted up) 4 times, but nothing happens.
