I am receiving the following message on my HP OfficeJet 4650 "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure that it is correctly installed". I have read the comments and suggestions on another thread with this same issue, and did a hard reset. It did not fix the problem. I have instant ink. This is incredibly frustration. Please advise if this can be fixed or if I need a new cartridge?
