Product: Pavilion X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone with HP Pavilion X360 having same problem with me? Because when I search this question online, I can see tones of people having the same problem with me. I have been using HP Desktop for past over the years, everything is good. However when come to their laptop. Many problem happened, especially the hinge problem of X360 series, 

this definitely is HP manufacturer issue, but we have to pay thousands of dollars to pay for what they made. I convinced HP to give me a proper explanation and actions with this. If not I would definitely bring this issue to the authority.
