Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My keyboard backlight keeps turning off after a few seconds, i want to change the settings to keep it on, dimmed or off based on my keyboard settings not auto-off after a certain amount of settings. 

I have tried to look in the BIOS settings but there are no advanced settings on my laptop to allow this. 
Anyone have some solution?
