Hello, I'm having problems with my new hp printer.
I have completed the configuration and the printer is configured correctly if launching the prints works correctly, both when launching them from a laptop or mobile device.
On the other hand, neither the scan nor the phorocopy works.
Whether I do a scan or a photocopy, I get a completely black page. (I attach some photos).
Specifically I am making a photocopy or a scan of the document just printed (see photo 1) and when I make the photocopy I get the print you see in photo 2, while scanning the same sheet I get the preview you see in photo 3 Where can the problem arise?
