Product: HP officejet Pro 8610

Printer repeatedly keeps printing one page documents that has the following at the top and rest of the page is blank.

Proxy-Authorization:  Basic bmV0Z2VhcjkyOn11bGxvd2J1ZzQzNQ==

 

I have performed a firmware update, hard restart, checked settings you name it but it will not stop printing these pages all day and night... Can anyone offer assistance?
