Product: Envy 5055
Operating System: iOS

My envy 5055 printer is not printing right. It’s spotty and doesn’t use the color ink at all. The cartridges ar won’t empty and the ink level says it is good. I’ve tried aligning and  cleaning multiple times. The alignment page doesn’t print color at all and the black is either spotty or not aligned right,
