My printer shows an error message saying there is something wrong with the colour cartridge every time I try to print.
I've been through all the recommended steps to clean the cartridge and the contacts, unplugged it and switched it off and back on again etc. and I'm getting the cartridges via the HP Instant ink service so they shouldn't be faulty.
The only way to print anything is to remove the colour cartridge and print in black and white or unplug and reboot the printer multiple times.
My instant ink dashboard shows 'Cartridge error: you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved.'
What can I do? Please help!
