Product: HP Envy Laptop 13-ah0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have an HP Envy Laptop 13-ah0xxx . My battery keeps discharging although the charger is plugged in (charger is recognised by the system) , displays the "low battery" sign when it is at 15% and finally crashes when the battery is at 0% . The battery is charging when the laptop is shut off while plugged in. I did a Windows10 update recently but did not change anything. I am still using the original HP charger.
I really have no idea what I can do and I very much hope that you can help me with that problem.
Many thanks !
