I have been trying to get into my Instant Ink account for days.  All I get is "

Something unexpected happened We're sorry, but something went wrong. Sign out of this account now and try signing in again later.

 

I've been trying to a week now!  And I can't get any help from HP support either.  I've tried the virtual agent., then tried to get a real agent.
