Hello,

 

The camera of my HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook does not work anymore. I have not used it for months and months, so I could not see any problem until now. Though it is active (the light is on and the system seems to recognize that the camera is active), the screen stays black and of course it is impossible to record any video or photo.

I thought it was a problem with the driver, but when I checked for updates in the device manager, it said that everything is up to date.

Does anyone know what may be the problem ?
