Hello,

I  bought HP 15S-FQ2000 series notebook (2N2N8EA).

I want to download  latest download on HP Official Web site. But this website cannot working:

 

example;

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/HPSA/HPSupportSolutionsFramework-12.19.53.13.exe

Error: server not found.

 

Please fix this problem.
