HP Recommended
Product: Officejet Pro 8500a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Refurbished printer. Loaded ink then tried printing document. Printer says printing. Then printed blank page. I've run tests, in which the ink is supposed to print, but again, the page printed, but there is nothing displayed on the page. Am I missing  piece? Really appreciate any help you're able to provide.
