Hi,
I'm trying to update the firmware of a Designjet T120 plotter however none of the methods described online are working. It needs the update so it will accept new ink cartridges.
Using the USB update tool fails with a message "Queue not installed, please install queue"
I've tried updating using the DesignJet Utility. It says that it has uploaded the firmware to the printer and then printer will restart to finish installing it but it never restarts.
I've tried updating via the web interface but Web Services isn't enabled and it gets stuck forever when trying to register/enable it.
What else can I try? Without the update we can't replace the ink so the printer is useless.
Current firmware version is: AXP2CN1543BR
The version available to download is: AXP2CN2022AR
Is the difference between these versions too big?
